St. Paul Office

Open Hands of St. Paul is located in the Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul at 1801 St. Clair Avenue. The building, which is shown above, is on the north side of St. Clair Avenue and a 1/2 block east of Fairview Avenue.

Blaine Office

My Blaine office is located in the lower level of Twin Oaks Dental in the Raintree Professional Center, which is just North of Carol’s Restaurant.

The address is 11949 Central Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55434. When you come into the building, it is on the left, come on in and look for the stairs headed to the lower level where you can have a seat and wait for me to come and get you. If you have any trouble, just ask someone in the dental office-they are all great and will help you out.
