Preparing for Your First Appointment

Prior to the start of your first appointment you will need to complete an intake & consent form. For your convenience, this may be done online once an account has been created for you by our office manager.

What to Expect During Your First Appointment

After reviewing your intake form, I will ask you questions to understand your current condition, past medical history, and your healthcare goals. I want to know the whole person, not just the parts or problems. This information will help determine how to best help you.

You will be given a complete chiropractic examination that may include neurological, orthopedic, and cranial testing. During the examination I will determine the health of your nerves, discs, spine, extremities, and muscles.

The examination provides valuable information, but sometimes more is needed. Depending on the nature of your condition, additional tests, such as X-rays, may be necessary. I will refer you for these additional tests as needed. All of this information gives me an accurate understanding of your current condition to assist me in a plan for your health journey.
